(August 24, 2023, 1:50 pm)I haven’t been to this store in couple years because prices were way too high. I was pleasantly surprised when I went this time. The store itself is clean, inviting and very well organized, prices are much more reasonable now. What really stood out to me was the employees. They were willing to help and very friendly. They looked genuinely happy to be at work. This store must be under new management because it’s a completely new environment. Kudos to the manager and employees. I will definitely be back here to shop !!

(July 15, 2023, 6:53 pm)Fantastic store with lots of great bargains. If you are from the New London Norwich area, I highly suggest checking out this location in general. The quality of stuff here surpasses both the Goodwill locations in the south east of CT.

(April 30, 2023, 9:37 am)By far the best goodwill in the area. Go on a weekday! Can get crowded weekends, though it’s restocked frequently. Good amount of Coach etc handbags, work clothes in great condition, glassware.

Clothes are solid and employees friendly as always, but the prices need to stop pretending that this is a boutique.
