(February 24, 2022, 11:38 am)Great experience! my therapists, Susan Lawfer was both personable and professional, and Janet stepped in to cover in Susan's absence, and she also was thorough and professional. My physical therapy improved my condition quickly, and my experience with Good Shepherd was so much more enjoyable than my other experiences with a few rehab facilities. Monica Kirkpatrick, the office manager was a pleasure to work with scheduling and paperwork. If ever needed again, I would definitely contact the Palmerton office of Good Shepherd.
