He was incredibly helpful and quickly helped me troubleshoot my issue. When I continued to have the problem I went in and saw Brandon. He was very knowledgeable, and was able to help me really understand the model I bought, and the best way to use it (as the problem was definitely operator error). He also gave me tons of information on the different liquids available in the store.
Highly recommend this shop. They have everything you might need for vaping, and the staff is obviously very well educated on all of their products! -

I walked out feeling very educated and comfortable with my first vaping purchase. Brandon was awesome and answered all of my questions with clear answers and great patience. Brandon, Theo, and Keith treated me like I was a regular. Unbelievable customer care was provided! Great pricing and choices too! Look forward to going back, trying different flavor options, and becoming that regular that they made me feel like tonight.
