  Place has a great interior. Staff was fast with the drinks. But I'd call the bubble tea slightly above average, at best. It just doesn't have a lot of flavor.

  They often run out of boba pearls but the staff are nice and there’s always room to sit

  Gong cha has the best fruity milk flavors in my opinion! Other places do have milk teas such as taro milk tea and brown sugar, but they don’t have any fruity flavors like mango milk, strawberry milk, etc. Its my favorite bubble tea spot and am so glad they opened up in Hicksville. Friendly staff. Tables and chairs are sticky though.

  There are so many negative reviews for this Gong Cha. I have had nothing but good experiences. My boyfriend and I have gone a couple times now and love it. They also have a rewards program that we are starting to use and it is so easy. We both get brown sugar milk teas and they’re even better than other Gong Cha locations we’ve been to.

Delivery & Pickup Options - 8 reviews of Gong Cha "Gong Cha at Hicksville. Came here on the opening weekend to avail the BOGO offer. The place was clean and modern. There were 4 2 seater tables, enough for fast moving crowds. We got the dirty brown sugar milk, 30 sugar with less ice and a strawberry milk tea with the same options. Both were great and was a perfect drink for a hot evening.
