  I highly recommend Goldsteins. I had previously had a very bad experience with another funeral home and I was very concerned that this would be the same. Jennifer was really great. They answered the phone quickly, we’re straight and fair and clear about pricing and what they have to do right from the beginning. Everyone I dealt with was nice. There was no gross up sell or bait and switch or last minute fee or anything like I have experienced before. Their prices were fair for the quality of services they provided. They accommodated us when we changed our mind about our plans without a word or any hemming and hawing. They got permits to go out of state and arrived on time and we’re pleasant. They did all of it online with docusign which I really appreciated as they are not near my house. Cars were clean and drivers were careful. There were no mistakes on the death certificate as I have previously experienced with another home. At our moment of greatest need they got it done for a fair price and we all were able to focus on each other without any added stress. I was very happy we used them.

  Geneva and her staff were outstanding. The care and attention to our every detail was truly appreciated. She made the difficult time that my husband and I were going through in planning this funeral as painless as possible. Even though we were in the midst of a national pandemic, they went above and beyond in providing accommodations so that family around the country could participate not only in the service, but the burial ceremony as well. She helped to make my father in-laws funeral a truly special memory for our family. Our family is truly grateful to the Goldsteins Rosenberg's Raphael-Sacks staff for a job well done. Thank you!!!!
