  Very clean, way bigger inside than it looks from outside. Plenty of selection for both free weight workouts and machines. 4-5 squat racks, so you never have to wait!

  AMAZING GYM, AMAZING WORKOUTS! The staff here is incredibly friendly and highly qualified! Such a family vibe as soon as you walk in the doors – I highly recommend checking this gym out.

  I am at Gold's Gym Bridgewater 5-6 days a week. It is a great gym and here is why:
  
  1) Friendly staff
  2) Knowledgeable trainers
  3) Great free weights and racks
  4) A wide variety of cardio equipment in good condition
  5) Excellent group classes
  6) Easy to get to
  7) Easy parking
  8) Clean
  9) Clean
  10) Clean (did I mention it is clean?)

  After moving to the area and in search for a gym, Gold's is by far the best bodybuilding gym around. Their selection of equipment is unmatched. Since joining, they have either updated or brought in new pieces to keep everything fresh. This shows that they actually care about their members and their goals. It may be a little intimidating at first to train next to bodybuilders such as IFBB Pro Guy Cisternino, but once you get to know him you realize he is there to share his passion and knowledge about bodybuilding. Him as well as many other members of the gym have been very welcoming as they all have the drive to see one another succeed. Highly recommend if you are looking for a "NO BS, there to train" gym.

  Gold’s gym in Bridgewater, NJ is the best gym I have ever had the privilege of being a member. Rob and Mary Zampetti know how to run and manage a great establishment. I’ve worked out in many gyms throughout my life, and have traveled throughout the United States and attended gyms. By far, Gold’s Bridgewater is the best. It has all the equipment and classes you need for a complete workout. Some of the bodybuilding equipment is unique because Rob seeks out specific equipment to better the needs of his members. The group exercises are challenging and fun. The instructors and personal trainers are all professionally certified and dedicated to helping the members attain their fitness goals. The staff are always courteous, friendly and helpful and greet you by your first name and with a smile. The gym is constantly being cleaned. The shake bar is updated frequently with new shakes and always with fresh natural ingredients. All of the apparel is Gold’s Gym branded with high quality long lasting material. Mary is constantly showcasing specials and fitness challenges to keep the members interested and engaged. It’s like a family there and you’re not going to find another special, unique gym like this one.
