  Steven was prompt, professional, courteous and very thorough. He replaced copper pipes and fixed a leaky toilet. We were pleased with our experience and will definitely use Gold Star Plumbing for future repairs.

He was courteous, informative, meticulous in his work, showed me exactly what was done and explained everything. Pricing was very fair. The office manager, Ally is very nice and helpful.   I have tried several plumbers in recent years and I wasn’t fully satisfied with any of them for one reason or another. I chose Steven by googling and reading reviews. I finally found a plumber that I will use more than once. Steven was professional, friendly, thorough, prompt and reasonable. I will not hesitate to use him again when I have any plumbing needs.   From the moment you call you are greeted with professionalism. The scheduling is easy and times are convenient. Then Steven shows up! He is punctual, professional, and kind. His estimates are clearly communicated and exceptionally affordable. He is the rare instance where a lower cost doesn’t equal lesser quality. When he is complete, not only is the work very well done but he is overly thorough in cleaning up the areas he was working. 10/10 have recommended. I tell everyone I know who needs a plumber that there is a new “Gold Star” standard and it’s Steven!! He just completed a full days work on many areas in my home and I couldn’t possibly be happier with the experience. This was his 2nd time here and I am very happy to be a return customer. Thank you Gold Star!!

  We had old galvanized pipes throughout our house that leaked like crazy and made our water rusty. Steve and his team cut out & removed all the old pipes and replaced the waterlines in the whole house. He also replaced & frostproofed our outside hose bib, replaced the shower handle, and installed a hot water recirculating pump at the water heater - we now don’t wait more than 7 seconds anywhere in the house for hot water! He was on time, courteous, & professional. His prices are fair, the quality is excellent, and he added some extra touches like replacing & fixing the hot water heater expansion tank another plumber rigged up and gave us easily accessible valves for every water line. He got the work done in the promised timeline and we are very pleased with the workmanship. I highly recommend Gold Star Plumbing and will continue to call them for any future plumbing needs.
  
  Update 2023: Part of the outdoor hose bib Steve replaced last fall had a defective part and started leaking. He came out and replaced it free of charge. Steve stands by his work.
  
  We had a leak in our hot water heater flooding out our basement (installed by another company and still under warranty). Steve came out right away and had a replacement water heater installed that evening. He took care of sending back the old one for the warranty for us.
