I'd definitely use them again. I made a call and had an appointment with them 24 hours later. John was great helping me set it up and Tim did a great job cleaning the carpet. Tim was super friendly and knew exactly what he was doing. The price was fair and reasonable as well.
We’ll definitely be recommending Wet out Now to our neighbors and friends in Garden City. I called and John came out for a free estimate the same day. I had received quotes from 3 other companies and Wet out Now averaged about $100 less than the other places. The next day, John came on time and we had three area rugs (one of them nicer wool) and a micro-fiber sectional couch cleaned. He did a great job, and I like that the smell wasn’t overpowering, because he used natural cleaning ingredients that aren’t harmful to our kids and to our pet. This is very important to us.

Called for a pet stain on my couch, they showed up the same day and got the stain out. I thought the price was high at first , but when I saw the results it was well worth it. I actually called around about the price out of curiosity and it was actually right in the middle of everyone’s prices. I will never use another carpet cleaning service. They did a great job.
Johnny and Mike are miracle workers. They cleaned my 20 year old stained and heavily trafficked berber carpet in my basement. I never had it professionally cleaned because everyone told me you can't clean basement carpets...until these guys. Not only did they clean all the stains and dirt my carpet looks like new. It smells fresh and clean. The carpets dried in 5 hours!! They also removed my old furniture and hauled it away. They are nice professional and hard working and above all honest...HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Great Job Thank you so much!!
