Dr. Palter and his team made what could’ve been a hard, sad, and painstaking process as easy and positive as possible. They were truly invested in my care. If you’re having trouble starting or growing your family, make this your first and last stop. They’ll help you make your dream a reality.

Dr.Palter and staff are amazing.After I had two miscarriages,my obgyn sent me to an endocrinologist who did nothing for me. My friend worked with Dr.Palter and said to just make an appointment to see what he would say.Well he figured out what was going on with me,diagnosed with pcos.Dr Palter put me on a meds to help regulate my periods. Then got pregnant and now I have two beautiful kids, my rainbow baby and golden baby. With out the team I wouldn’t have my babies that are 18 and 15 years old.

Dr Palter is an amazing Dr who helped to complete our family and make our dreams a reality. His staff is amazing. The atmosphere at Gold Coast is inviting and loving. At Gold Coast you are not a patient. You are family. The bonds that I made at Gold Coast will be ever lasting

Dr. Palter and his staff are simply amazing. From the moment you walk through the door, you are treated like family; greeted by name, and always with a smile . My questions and concerns were answered in a timely fashion, and in a kind, compassionate manner. I cannot say enough about the incredible nursing staff, who are among the most caring, professional individuals I have come to know. Dr. Palter himself has a warm and friendly bedside manner, and it is evident that he truly cares about every single patient. He informed me of my options, took the time to explain all the details, and helped me to come to decision that was in my best interest. Infertility is a long and difficult road, and no matter what my outcome, I will be forever grateful to the excellent care I received at Gold Coast IVF.

This is the most AMAZING fertility center anywhere. I went there after not being successful 3 other places and I read GCIVF had the top success rate in the USA! No only was I successful but the process was night and day better than the other places. It is run like boutique one on one center. Everyone knew who I was --- everyone knew my next step. Dr Palter was always available and made sure I was comfortable-- he tells it like it is but I was sick of doctors lying to me and just saying don't worry everything is fine. I LOVE his caring honesty and hate my old doctors that just quickly said what they thought I wanted to hear --only to be disappointed later.

He found the hormonal issue the others missed and got me my miracle son. Now I feel like I am part of their family for life. You can't imagine how great they are and how much they all care. I love them all.
