  Our salesperson, Dave Mandra, provided great service to us. Since we live 3 hours away from the dealership, he provided a personalized video of the exterior and interior of the car we were interested in. Unbeknownst to us, he actually came in on his day off to meet with us and go over all the features of the car. The vehicle was thoroughly detailed and looked fabulous. The transaction went smoothly and he followed up by phone the next day to make sure we were happy. Highly recommend this dealership. It was a pleasure working with Dave and the entire team at Gold Coast Cadillac.

  AMAZING service! Our salesperson Bob took his time with us to explain all the options offered. Mathew, the store manager was extremely helpful working out the best deal for us so we bought a second car for my parents who are elderly. To make things easier for my parents, he sent a representative to sign all their paperwork to their house!!! Chris, finance manager made the process very smooth and it was a breeze to get through paperwork!
  This was the best and most fabulous service we have ever encountered anywhere when buying the car. Way to go Gold Coast on treating every customer so special!

  My experience at Gold Coast was fabulous! My salesman Jeff Simone was top tier. I had a very bad experience with going to purchase the vehicle I was looking at a different dealership and so I hopped on Autotrader and Gold Coast Cadillac had a similar vehicle certified. I was coming from Albany NY. I called to make sure there was no issues and that it was available and everyone on the phone was SO nice and helpful. So we made the trek 45 minutes South got there, met Jeff, he had the vehicle ready to go and we couldn't get everything secured that day on our end so we finished the paperwork. He even offered to have us picked up at the train station if we took the train down to avoid the mileage and gas on our cars. We couldn't be happier with our purchase and the service we got. Being younger, purchasing something like we did some people would scoff and laugh it off but we never felt like that once. That was so important. We picked up the car yesterday it was freshly detailed! (raining but that didn't take the shine away). We felt great! Thanks Jeff and the staff at Gold Coast
