Excellent service all around!!! Could not more highly recommend. I've been renting for the past few years and have never ever been disappointed in any way. Equipment is clean and sturdy, delivery is simple and reliable and Joe is so easy to communicate with from start to finish. Reiterating what another reviewer said... I wish this exact company existed everywhere. They make travel so much easier for families with young kids.
We had the BEST experience with Go Baby Go Hamptons. Joe was responsive, accommodating, helpful, and understanding. He made sure the baby items arrived at the time I requested (which he didn't have to do). The items were in perfect condition: everything was clean, all items were up to date (not dated or old), and easy to assemble/use. I would highly suggest using them and wish this exact company existed in all travel destinations! Thank you, Joe, for all of your help. I hope to use you again in the future.
Beyond impressed with this company! I called Joe from gobabygohamptons late on a Wednesday night about needing a high chair delivered to East Hampton ASAP! He not only delivered the high chair first thing the following morning but, I had also asked him if he happened to have black out shades as one of the rooms didn’t have shades! He did not carry such shades however, he asked what sizes we needed and then proceeded to go out and buy them for us and then deliver them with the high chair in the morning. He was a life saver and literally saved our vacation. Rarely do you come in contact with business owners that go out of their way for their clients these days! It is much easier to just say “no”. I will definitely use gobabygohamptons again as well as tell everyone that I know about this company. Thank you Joe, I rarely post reviews however, you deserve to be recognized and I would have given you 10 stars if I could have!
This company is amazing!!! My crib got canceled the day of from babiesgetaway.. as I was in the car on the way to the Hamptons this happened. I immiedialy called go baby go Hamptons to have the same day delivery on a Saturday the day of the us open. The owner of the company personally changed his plans to be able to drop off the crib himself. If this isn’t the best costumer service I don’t know what is! He was so sweet and so accommodating!! I would never rent from anywhere else!!
I rented furniture from Go Baby Go Hamptons for years ... they were such a pleasure to work with - always on time, always accommodating, very responsive. My grandchildren are now just past the age of renting anymore and I will miss Go Baby Go Hamptons. I always looked forward to dealing with them. Class A company. Wonderful service. You can't go wrong with them.
