  I check in today 9:30 am and check out 10:20 am, Shipping office persons are very nice with drivers Pennsylvania Avenue 13.6 inch height bridge is actually look like 14’ high, so there is no problem to went through under that bridge.

  We were just there without issue. They were great. Did NOT arrive until after the normal shipping hours, but they had us loaded, and back out in no time. Contactless. Very personable people. We had a weight issue right up front, and the check in lady took FAST care of it, SHE called the reciever to be sure they were good with us coming in a pallet short, before we could even get a call back from dispatch...The fellow loading us was friendly and fast. Double checked the info, asked our preferred loading pattern, and had us done in under 30 minutes. Lots of parking around here if you show up too early, or need to stay late.   Yes, you have to go under a 13'6 bridge, we fit no problem, and through a port access gate, pull over, park, walk inside, have your plate # and info ready. And it's easy as that. Don't just pull up to it. Lol...

  No over night parking 2 to 3 hours to load a truck

  When you check in at gate after 7am, bring license and plate#s. No on sight parking, however there is a dirt lot on right 1/4 mile from gate. Excellence all around, nice people and incredibly fast loaders you don’t even feel them get on your trailer 5 minutes later they walk out with your bills.👍
