  This was a 1st purchase from Global for Creek County Emergency Service District. Traveling to the Philly area was great, One on One sales with Sam was HUGE. The unit we purchased was to replace one that was destroyed in a crash. The new to US unit has not only replaced, but now leads the fleet. Great job Sam and his team of Super guys to get us a top quality Ambulance at a super price. We have Sam looking for another unit to supplement our fleet!

  Great to deal with! I told them what I was needing and they found 2 ambulances that fit my needs. Easy to work with and fast shipping. Sam was always available and responded swiftly to any questions or issues. 1 unit we bought had a small brake issue and I had it repaired locally and GEV reimbursed me 100% under their satisfaction guarantee. Currently looking at purchasing a 3rd unit from them.

  This was our first purchase from GEV and more importantly our first purchase from outside our area where we would not see the vehicle until delivery. Sam Laken was amazing and answered our many questions and sent additional pictures and videos of the ambulance as requested. He made a stressful situation for a small agency a lot less stressful. The ambulance arrived as described and Sam even called when he got notified of the delivery and wanted a call back after our walk through to make sure it was acceptable. He even emailed me several times to check on how we liked the rig. A true professional. We would recommend Global Emergency Vehicles and Sam Laken to anyone in the market for a unit.

  This was our first time purchasing a unit from GEV. And Sam was very helpful in answering many questions. We purchased a low mileage ambulance and found it to be as presented and nothing hidden. GEV will have our attention on future purchases. And I know they will stand behind what they say.
