They’ve never discriminated against me a young black woman and have always had my best interest at heart. They’ve become more than just landlords they are family . I would recommend these apartments in a heart beat

(February 4, 2022, 6:34 am)I want to shout out management and maintenance for being prompt and attentive to different situations that may have occurred doing the pandemic which has been hard on a lot of people. The residents of GBE are very welcoming and I definitely have great neighbors next door to me, I have no complaints and if and when I do the staff is always available to assist.

The price seems steep when you start out but when you incorporate what’s included in the rent utilities wise; it’s not bad. You’re also paying for a great location. Far enough from Main Street to have things be quiet, and still very close to everything.
