I almost wonder if the negative reviews were meant for a different location.
My family and I have tested here multiple times since early december. Before the holiday madmess began results came back within 8 hours (PCR test). Mid December processing times slowed down - but they tell you up front it's a 5-day turn-around. We had to wait 2 days for a test we did on 1/12.
There are never more than 4-5 cars ahead of me when we've been there, and the line moves very quick.
Also, they have posted a sign that they no longer take walk-in's.
I had. 9:30am appointment, arrived 20 minutes early. No waiting, pulled right up and was greeted by friendly, professional attendant. My appointment was confirmed (better to upload drivers license and insurance card when you make your appointment online) test was done and I was on my way. So convenient,fast and friendly. Thanks!!!
I and my family test here from time to time. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Our results have always been ready in 24hrs. Great convenient location, with a short to no wait most times!
