(August 14, 2023, 2:26 pm)This is a terrific dealership from top to bottom. All facets, from car buying to service and in between are excellent. During the service, Subaru keeps you updated on the process and what they are checking and working on for your car. Scheduling, re-scheduling, getting a loaner, is all very efficient and well done. The dealership is clean, bright and comfortable to wait. Sam, in particular, has gone to great lengths each time we've had to service the car to check in and communicate to make sure we are informed of what is needed and that everything is completed in a timely way. He and their forward facing staff put a lot of effort into making it a positive experience. I've also found the workmanship of their technicians to be very high quality and very thorough. Everything from the brakes to other parts last for a long time after being fixed or replaced.

(August 7, 2023, 12:42 pm)Totally appreciate how Sam and also Ysaac at front desk had mechanic come out and explain details so I could decide which items could safely or shouldn’t be delayed ‘til inspection time this winter. Using the home ofc environment there first time and a loaner the next time offered super flexibility. TY Mr Hartman for the Impreza! Oh, yeah, and my ride is so much better and my beguile so much safer and my car will now have a longer life! TY all so much. Admire my home office compliments of Subaru!

One year ago I purchased there a 2018 Forester. The price was good and the car is great and in an excellent condition.
I decided to perform the maintenance also at Glanzmann to make sure the car stays in this condition. Yes, it's more expensive than independent mechanics, but it gives me a peace of mind, so for me - totally worth it.
The last time I visited there is a 90K maintenance, Joe took care of me. He was very professional and kind.
I will definitely recommend to give them a try if there is a car in their inventory that you like. -

(April 30, 2023, 8:50 am)Donna at Glanzmann Subaru was an amazing sales rep who made me feel welcome from the start. I was given a tour of the facility before she knew anything about me or what I was looking for. I experienced set-backs in my car shopping experience that Donna graciously helped me through. I never felt pressured or like I was being treated like a checkbook. All of the staff there are wonderful and the business is unlike others of it's kind. If you're unsure, stop by for a visit and you'll see. They took care of me and my new car (even though I ended up with a different Make).
