  Now the hot cakes were exceptional . Lite fluffy and crispy on the edges . I got the blueberry ones . Now witha hot cake that good WHY WOULD YOU KEEP THE REAL MAPLE SYRUP IN THE KITCHEN ?? .The fake stuff with the high fructose corn syrup is right on the table with the heinz ketchup high fructose corn syrup . The stuff John Kerry pollutes you with while he makes millions ! Oh but the great scientist he is he'll save you from glooobal warming . If you give him more $$$ he'll save you . Back to Gilchrist a short stack of blueberry a cup of coffee an oj and tip $20.00 bucks !!! Next time Ozzie's

  Amazing service and food!! I got the Italian omelette and husband got the famous blueberry hot cakes. Omg Will definitely come here again. Also the server was phenomenal. 10/10 will recommend

  I had breakfast at Gilchrist this morning as the hotel I was staying at didn't have breakfast despite advertising it. Perhaps that's a good thing as I enjoyed my meal probably more than I would if I had breakfast at the hotel. This location certainly lives up to the Gilchrist reputation.

  Wow!! The pancakes!!! We ordered other things for breakfast and just got one pancake to try!! Everything was fantastic, but we are coming back tomorrow for more pancakes!! The ladies who were working were super nice, too!! Great place!
