  Excellent quality organic herbs, veggies, eggs. This is the growing farm with wholesale and limited retail space. Main retail is in store in Westport.

  Gilberties herb farm is a one of akind place . They have a huge selection of organic herbs and some really taste microgreens. Absolutely the best..

  Sal Gilberti is the ultimate herbal expert. His cookbooks are well written and very inspirational. The best place for organic plants!

  Sal & his incredible staff are patient, kind, and hard-working. I don't know if his farm is open to the public, as I drive over to collect seedling donations Sal generously gives to Bridgeport school gardens, but if you ever do have the chance to walk around the greenhouses are a delight of colors, scents, and HEAT!
  
  His farm supplies beautiful organic seedlings all over the region - I bought a tiny oregano seedling 🌱 from him 3 years ago that is now enormous and thriving! Please consider finding his plants at a local garden center rather than buying pesticide - sprayed items at the box box stores and supermarkets - you'll see and taste the difference!
