Always professional friendly and thorough with their services! The ladies up front are funny and my hygienist is absolutely awesome! Mike is ok too. Ha ha, he is the best and takes excellent care of my entire family! No place better.
I was recommended to Dr. Kratchman by a specialist because I had moved and had a lot of dental problems so I needed someone who would be honest and direct about my care. Not only is the quality of his work outstanding but he also builds a great rapport with his patients. Lastly the entire office staff is kind and professional which makes for a pleasant visit every time.

Office staff very friendly and helpful. Hygienist does an excellent job and is also very congenial and professional. I found the doctor to be very thorough. Explains everything in detail, and does not rush you to make a decision quickly. Also, if you have an emergency, the doctor can be reached at home.
Best experience I've ever had at a Dentist Office. The dentist himself was awesome. Skilled, friendly, talkative, totally cool and down to earth. The lady at the desk was respectful, kind, and helpful. And the dental assistant was just sweet, calm, warm, professional, courteous and a totally lovely person in every way.
It was great, it really was. I would tell anyone who is thinking about going, but wondering how it will work out. Don't wait a second longer. You'll get yer teeth taken care of by someone who genuinely cares about his patients, and have a great time as well.
