Sarah offered wise and insightful support and concrete strategies at a very difficult time in my life. Her expertise and warm caring presence helped me make several critical changes in my life. Her extensive knowledge of EFT and experience with a diverse range of client challenges are clear, but most impressive to me is the grounded and warm manner that she brings to her work. I have found quick relief from issues with just one session, and greatly value the opportunity to work with such a wonderful therapist.

(September 22, 2020, 4:39 pm)Sarah does a great job and is definitely worth consulting. The EFT work is for real, but she is also a thoughtful and creative person to discuss issues with. Her observations and suggestions demonstrated very careful listening on her part, and what she offered often fit with my needs and the particulars of the situation I was bringing to her, showing a strong sensitivity in her to my particular circumstances.
My personal journey leads me to often consider reducing the frequency of my sessions because of resistance or willfulness on my part or just feeling overwhelmed with a complicated schedule. Reliably, 20 minutes into my next session I am saying to myself "ah, yes. this is why I spend this time with Sarah - it just helps."
