  Tim was amazing from the start. As soon as I walked in, he greeted me. I knew exactly what I wanted, so there was no fussing around and he never tried to upsell me, which I truly appreciated. He went right to work, ensuring the freezer I wanted was in stock. We agreed on a delivery date/time and that was that. It was one of the easiest and most pleasant buying experiences I've had.
  And the delivery drivers were amazing. I chose curbside delivery and had a dolly with me, but one of the guys still helped me bring it up my steps as he saw I was having a little bit of a hard time.
  They could have just left it with me and went on to their next stop, but instead they chose to help.
  Between the hospitality from Tim and the helpfulness of the drivers, you've definitely made me a repeat customer.

  We had a very good experience. Our salesperson was knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant. The prices were competitive with all other sellers in our area and delivery and haul away worked well with our needs and special requirements. We will shop there again and hope to have the same salesperson or another of the same caliber.

  Went to Gerhard’s when our dishwasher died. Josh, the sales associate, gave us advice on a Kitchen Aid product that included a rebate that nearly covered the installation charge (which was reasonable compared to Home Depot and Lowe’s). Delivery was quick and installation seamless.

  Great help in the store by both Timothy and Jessica. We had fridge size constraints and we were shown models that would work for us. No pressure during the sale. Delivery and install was also a pleasure. Ron and Anthony were terrific. Not our first time at Gerhard's and won't be the last.

  We are moving and remodeling. We've gotten appliances from Gerhard's over the years, so that is where we went this time. Jason O. was a huge help guiding us through the process of selecting the washer, dryer, and refrigerator products we needed. He listened to what we were interested in, what our lifestyle was, and what our price range was. He answered all our questions, and we were able to select the perfect appliances for our new home. He was professional, courteous, friendly, and efficient.
  We had to wait a bit for renovations to have some of the appliances delivered.
  A few weeks later, I went back to set up delivery and installation for the rest of the items and add one more to the order. Jason O was on vacation, but Tim B was able to help me finalize the big, complicated order. He arranged for everything to be delivered and installed at the same time. He too was professional, courteous, friendly, and efficient.
  As usual, our experience with Gerhard's was excellent.
