It’s so nice to know we can go there for new instruments, advice, service and related products - always leaving feeling confident about our choices. We are grateful to have the store to stop in and not have to try to figure out online what product or advice we need. Huge thanks to Wayne, Matt and the rest of the team!

(June 9, 2023, 1:17 pm)I recently purchased an Alverez Parlor guitar from George's Music, and dealt with staff at both their North Wales and Berwyn locations. Everyone I worked with was great in aiding me in the purchase and in the setting up of this guitar. Their take on customer service and follow-up is truly amazing. Since buying the guitar I've gone back to their Berwyn store (closer to me than the other location) to buy a gig bag, strings, amp cable, etc. and always found everyone there terrific to work with. Highly recommended!

(May 8, 2023, 5:30 am)Where to start!! George’s music in Berwyn is BY FAR the greatest music store in the area! The staff there is extremely polite and patient with you!! They also are impeccable with their customer service and will always be there to answer any questions you have at any given time. Every guitar/ harmonica/ amplifier I own I bought from George’s Music Berwyn. GREAT prices! When I went to get my guitars they sat me down on a stool and laid out a few options for me to try. They wouldn’t rush me into a sale and gave me time and space to think about the options and sound quality of my preferences!! 10/10 experience with these guys!! Thank you Wayne, Jack, and the rest of the crew at George’s Music Berwyn!!

You really couldn't beat the attention, thorough product knowledge and courtesy provided by Wayne and the others on staff.
