  The office is run very efficiently. Dr Pianka was a second consult for my broken wrist. He gave me far more detail than the first doctor I met with (not from HVBJ) and this information was integral to my decision. After I left the office I had a question and Dr Pianka called me shortly after to answer it. His assistant Mari is amazing. She was on top of all the pre-op requirements and ensured all data they needed from my primary doctor was in place and ready to go for my scheduled surgery (a few days later). All went well with my surgery at the Yorktown outpatient facility (I would give an A plus to the nursing staff there, they are the best). I highly recommend HVBJ.

  Have been treated by Dr. Pianka for broken wrists, carpel tunnel and various hand issues. He is the best doctor for these issues and is one of the nicest and kindest people you will have to take care of you. Can’t say enough good things about him.

  The staff was very professional and efficient. I called to request an appointment following a finger fracture over the weekend. I was able to see the doctor the same day.
  Dr. Pianka explained the nature of the fracture, answered all of my questions and was able to provide a comfortable splint and plan for follow up.

  Staff was pleasant and accommodating
  Was seen promptly. X-rays we’re done quickly and available to be reviewed. Dr Pianka explained the X-rays and the plan of care. See him again in 6 weeks

  Dr. Pianka is a very talented surgeon. He is a straight shooter and gives very clear and explicit directions and plans of care. He is very patient and calm , and gives you reassurance by his demeanor. He is humble, smart, and clear and makes his patients feel reassured and safe!! He is highly recommended by the nursing staff that know his reputation ! I am a retired nurse and have the most supreme confidence and respect for his abilities!!!
