I had known of Anyssa's rowing classes for a while, but always felt hesitant to join thinking I wasn't strong or fit enough to partake. I couldn't have been more wrong! Anyssa's classes are tailored to all fitness levels. She is fun, energetic, and supportive. She will challenge and push you, but will do it with the biggest and brightest smile :) Highly recommend!
I'd give even more⭐ stars⭐ if I could! Absolutely awesome! Reluctant to join a gym, I instead joined Anyssa's climbing and fitness classes 4 years ago--and it was a life changing decision! I was soon in the best shape ever, and no more fear of heights! Anyssa made it EASY to go from gripping a wall with fear to focusing on the skills and techniques of climbing. It is now one of my passions, thanks to Anyssa! Her classes, which connect you to many other supportive and wonderful people, are always a good time because she leads with such genuine enthusiasm for what she does, and she really knows how to bring out the best in everyone in the room. She is knowledgeable, fun (and funny), and a fantastic instructor. I highly recommend taking any classes you can with Anyssa!

I've had the opportunity to take both climbing and rowing classes with Anyssa. She has the unique ability to make something that seems intimidating at first, become very accessible. She is really good at what she does, but what I find most compelling is her ability to develop this amazing community around rowing and climbing that helps support you in meeting your fitness goals, and makes you forget that you're working out.
