(December 29, 2022, 10:19 pm)I had a great experience at GenPsych in their DBT program. It changed my life and gave me the tools I need to manage my anxiety. The front desk staff is VERY friendly and welcoming. Groups were facilitated well by intelligent and compassionate therapists so the conversations would be productive and the atmosphere felt safe. I felt comfortable sharing what I struggled with in groups and really appreciated the feedback/suggested skills to use from other group members and therapists. The only negatives are that the women's bathroom was usually out of toilet paper/paper towels and the chairs in the common area were a bit dirty. However, I would still highly recommend this place to anyone who is struggling with their mental health :)
