  We have used Genesis Pool Solutions for many years to do our in ground pool openings and closings. We could not be more happy with their work. They are professional, friendly and very accommodating to our needs. Their scheduling process is smooth, they arrive on the agreed upon date and the people who come know what they are doing. We don’t need to be home when they come. But if we are, they talk to us about anything they found which they feel we should address. Their pricing is very good. Their value proposition (cost vs quality service) is the best and we highly recommend them.

  We have a 35,000 gallon pool and have been with Genesis since they opened. Family owned and operated business. Luis and his staff aim to please, and they do! We used to use one of the "name" pool companies - but never again. There is no comparison between the customer service we now receive versus what we had become accustomed to. Use Genesis - you will not be sorry.

  Luis and his team have been spectacular. His team are competent and knowledgeable in all aspects. They go as far as teaching me and showing me how to maintain my pool properly. I had a pool guy last year who was not able to diagnose a leak in which Luis and his team took care of in a responsive and timely manner. I highly recommend.
