(June 30, 2023, 12:09 pm)Gen-Plus, Inc made by day, doing a great kindness, going above and beyond any duty or responsibility. I have a service contract with go-green. When go-green (finally) did routine service on the generator, they left it not working at all and said they would be back after the weekend (with thunderstorms in the forecast). I called Gen-Plus and left a message asking if they might be able to come sooner. The most wonderful woman--I am sorry not to have gotten her name--called back and talked me through getting the generator up and running again. I am so touched by her generosity and knowledge and thrilled that she helped me (also a woman) solve the problem. Thank you, thank you! I highly recommend Gen-Plus, Inc. to everyone!

The person taking my telephone call was friendly and courteous; the technician arrived promptly at the scheduled day and time and kept me informed as to what he was doing and how long the service would take.
The service was completed in a timely manner. The technician was very competent and I definitely felt that my generator and I were in great hands receiving the best of care. Super customer service! -
