  Please don't hesitate checking out Gemological. Shawn and the team are amazing at what they do. I've gone a couple times to get my wedding ring repaired. Shawn was informative and efficient with the repairs. My experience has been nothing short of amazing. Such lovely people and my go-to!

  Wonderful people and amazing work! My fiancé did his research before selecting where he would purchase my engagement ring because he wanted good service and expertise. His expectations were superseded. When I went to have my ring resized, I was able to experience for myself how kind, helpful, professional, and experienced the owners are. We definitely look forward to working with them more in the future and highly recommend them over the chain stores.

  My husband and I recently went to Gemological Resources to look at their jewelry which I will say, they have amazing vintage pieces. Of course I fell in love with a gold ring that didn't quiet fit. Shawn and his team were able to get the ring resized and now it fits perfectly. Shawn even showed me the process to re-assure me that the ring will look exactly the same. After receiving back the newly resized ring, I was surprised to see how amazing of a job he did! I will definitely be coming back to purchase more jewelry and even bring some of my own jewelry to get fixed. My experience was also great and everyone that works there is so welcoming and willing to work with you and your budget. You never feel pressured and you leave knowing you got something great!

  My husband went there with a ring design for our 20th year anniversary, and asked them to make it with white gold and diamonds exactly the same as the design he gave them. They did an AMAZING!!!!job. I couldn’t recommend anybody better. They can make any design ring come to life!!!
  I love their work and craftsmanship!! The ring is amazing. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

  I cannot recommend Gemological Resources enough. Prior to deciding to get a ring from Gemological Resources I did quite a bit of shopping around at your typical jewelry stores (like Kay Jewelers and and online retailers such as Jared Allen and Blue Nike) and I felt very uneasy and rushed.
  
  When I walked in the door at Gemological Resources I was treated like family rather than as an opportunity to make money. Terry and Allia took quite a bit of time helping me understand every detail and nuance of buying a ring as well as ordered multiple diamonds and bands for me to look at and evaluate within my budget.
  
  In all, they were very helpful and patient and even offered to maintain the ring for its lifetime. Gemological Resources has gained a customer for life and I have nothing but amazing things to say about them. Customer service and quality are major priorities there and it truly shows.
