I have been going to Gavin Audiology for years and have always been pleased. Everyone there--without exception--is caring and efficient. I highly recommend them. Dr. Gavin, Mr. Gavin, Dr. Lowry, and Rachael are all terrific.
Dr. Sharon Gavin provided complete, concise, and informative details on the results of my hearing test. She compared the changes to my hearing to previous tests--all in easy to understand language with visual aids. It was a very pleasant experience.
This was the first appointment for my mom. Had a great experience from Rachel to DR Gavin to Mr Gavin. We learned so much from them about the hearing test, hearing aids, and follow Up appointments we need to do after getting the hearing aids. We have gotten hearing aids before from someone else and they never told us to follow up or get retested…great experience !!!

I have had the pleasure of seeing all of the practitioners at Gavin Audiology at one point or another in the several years I have been going there. They are all lovely people and consummate professionals in every way. When I first went there I was having a lot of falls which led me more than once to the emergency room, getting stitches under my eye, splitting my lip open, chipping a front tooth, and falling down a full flight of stairs. Dr. Lowrey asked what medications I was taking, researched them and found that one (Anafranil) led to balance problems in 30 per cent people taking it. I had suspected that was the cause, twice asked the medicating physician about it and had been told it did not cause balance problems. I cite this as an example if how caring, thorough and excellent the professionals at Gavin Audiology are.
