  Hello, just got a car yesterday 3/31/2023 and this has been the best experience that i’ve ever had thanks to David who was a very helping hand and made me feel happy throughout the whole process. This once my first time ever going to a car dealership and it was the best i couldn’t be more thankful for David. Thank You So Much David, and I will be keeping in touch.

  It was a absolutely fantastic visit I went in for an oil change on my KIA I bought in May from Gateway KIA who have the best service department and I have been to many. I was walking the showroom and Steven my salesman from May we got to talking and the next thing he sold me a 2023 KIA Soul. I have to say that Steven was great along with the managers who really helped not once did I feel the pressure to buy so that was the reason I bought it. Also after closing the sale and I had two cars there and only me to drive Steven also volunteered to drive the new car to my house which was 40 miles away and put it in my driveway in which he did that evening. I all this is why I have purchased two cars in 9 months from Gateway KIA and only have. Had my car for service there also. In all I have a large KIA dealership 5 minutes from my house but I choose to drive 40 miles because of the outstanding customer service.

  I bought a brand new 2023 Kia sportage in April of last year. This car is my favorite car that I’ve ever driven and it makes every single day a little happier. It seems like every time I come in for service, it drives a little better and the service team is so friendly and efficient. It’s gets good gas mileage and has incredible pickup when I step on the pedal.
  
  Our salesperson, David, was very patient in explaining details about the car and even ordered pizza for my children and had lunch with us because my daughters were hungry. We negotiated a very good price together because I was trading in an 11 year old beat up, dirty Sorento for a newer model. The finance team even helped me get a really good internet rate, which makes it a better investment.
  
  My only complaint is that one time when I was waiting, my Door Dash order was stolen and unfortunately my salad disappeared. The person who delivered it left it out at the curb. I was on a diet at the time so I think they might be very committed to providing customer service that goes above and beyond but there should be come kind of checkbox on the form because I was actually very hungry.
