(February 13, 2023, 3:22 pm)Dr. Frates is a great doctor, actually listened to me and prescribed a medication regimen that actually helps and changed my life. However, the actual office needs to get it together. No one ever answers the phones, getting an appointment or information is an actual nightmare. But I stay because I’m so grateful to Dr. Frates.

(December 6, 2021, 5:17 pm)My experiences with Dr. Sachdeva have been excellent.I found her extremely competent and caring. I have only heard great things about some of the others in this practice. Yes, I know it takes forever sometimes to reach any Jefferson system office by phone. I did not have as long a phone wait with this group as I do with other Jefferson offices. There was one member of the Chalfont that was extremely unpleasant to me and, I assume, other clientele. That is unacceptable but the great care I received from Dr. Sachdeva was the critical reason I will continue with this practice.
