(April 7, 2023, 11:37 am)Dr. Hussain is wonderful, he is patient, listens to questions and fears. Rheumatoid is scary and changes all the time. It is like waking up in an amusement park everyday, and not knowing what ride you are going to be on, but for sure it won’t be gentle. The P.A.’s are good also , I’m sure they are over worked like every other practice.
The phlebotomist is also very sweet.
Unfortunately, some of the front office staff leave a lot to be desired. They are curt, distracted, and maybe should look into another career choice. The majority of the demographic with rheumatoid issues are seniors (I’m one), we just want to be greeted with a little warmth and patience.
Don’t let the office staff chase you away, take a deep breath, while waiting, Dr. Hussain is worth it. -
