  This was our first time on a helicopter so I really appreciated the staff keeping in contact with us over the weekend to let us know about the changing weather conditions. They were accommodating in rescheduling a couple of times due to the wind and cloudiness. Our pilot Raf was amazing! So friendly and knowledgeable, and really helped us to feel comfortable for our first ever ride. He was such a doll, even after I got sick all over the back of his helicopter!!! :| I felt terrible but he was so kind about it, which I appreciate more than he knows! I highly recommend taking a ride with Garden State Helicopters and Raf if you can get him! You will learn and see a lot!

  Sunset view is the best. The Nyc flight tour doesn’t take you in Nyc but rather shows you nyc from Hudson river. Overall it’s worth the price.

  Breathtaking experience! Our pilot Raf was very pleasant, friendly and professional. What a great tour guide. He really enjoys his work. I would highly recommend the 40 minute Nyc tour. Worth every penny.

  I had called a bunch of helicopter companies that were on Groupon but Garden State Helicopters is by far one of the most helpful, friendliest, and professional companies I talked to. Plus the Groupon was a great deal and I got a flight lesson for two for about $240! Paul and Mike were there to help us out and they took their time teaching us the controls of the helicopter before we were able to go up and copilot ourselves.
  
  I have a small fear of flying but up in the air Paul was super reassuring and really made me feel comfortable controlling the helicopter. 5/5 stars, make sure you book with them it's worth the money and drive!
  
  P.S The helicopter only fits one other person besides the pilot, so if you're in a group you go up one by one, and you get a 15 minute flight over New Jersey with a view of the Manhattan skyline. Lots of trees and quarries, it's a beautiful view up there.

  Mike and Bronson were great guys. Easy to talk to, nice guys, explained everything well and made me feel at ease for my 1st time flying. Definitely recommend Garden State Helicopters!
