Upon contacting the company they offered me a store credit to replace the dead strawberries I had purchased and I was not happy with this resolution as I wanted strawberries not money and I wasn't going to buy 30 more dead strawberries. The department store in which I purchased said strawberries was already out of their supply for the most part. So i wouldn't have been able to replace the variety I had purchased.
However after agreeing to send replacement they sent all 30 replacements with living beautiful bareroot plants. Unfortunately they are all the same variety.
I have purchased other products from the company through the department store and those plants all lived. Flower bulbs, grapes, raspberries and a blackberry. Those plants are doing well to this day.
My suggestion is to order directly from the site or make sure you consult with the department store to find out when they received the products.
Alternatively, having a packed by date on all products would help customers know they are living fresh plants. -

(May 13, 2023, 8:53 pm)I bought the little boxed Chicago Hardy’ fig tree I think three years ago. I repotted in a one gallon nursery container. This past winter it was brought inside and placed with my cattleyas. I was so shocked when it started growing a dozen figs. Everyone of my family wants a tree but I have checkered all around and couldn’t find any this spring. Will you be getting any more Chicago Hardy for retail stores?

(March 20, 2023, 12:36 pm)Clean, nice and friendly facility for loading and unloading. A little small for setting up to back in but doable. Wide dock spaces help. Separate doors for shipping and receiving. No room on-site for overnight parking. They don't need tandems back. Restrooms available inside.
