Was more than generous in making good on replacing the damaged blind as well as the 2 others in the same room. I would recommend Garden State Blinds to everyone looking to complete their home window treatments.

During our consultation, Andrew was very thorough with our options and at no point did he try to upsell us. He provided us very logical and objective points instead and was very meticulous when taking measurements. Although not the cheapest vendor that my wife and I explored, it seemed like Garden State Blinds had the best customer service so we took a leap of faith with them. We were notified that the shades were ready before the estimated delivery date and Andrew was very accommodating on the installation date. My wife and I are very happy with our experience with Garden State Blinds and would recommend them to friends and family in the future.

(July 15, 2022, 10:07 pm)We first used GSB 30 years ago and never looked back. Vito is as nice and accommodating as they get. Quality blinds, good design ideas, and reasonable prices combined with personal service and great installation (thanks Brett) really can't be beat. We also used them when we replaced some of our original blinds with newer ones. We never thought twice about who to use for the second go-around.
The reason I am writing many years later is that this week, we decided to put an older set of blinds back up, but I had misplaced the original hardware. I called and Vito told me to bring the blinds to the shop so he could find some replacement parts that would work. He gave me the pieces that I needed for free, refusing any payment, and did so with a smile.
This kind of service is dying quickly and I really like to support small businesses who treat me like an old friend, not just a number. Garden State Blinds is just that kind of business. Thanks Vito & Brett. -
