  I highly recommend Evan as a personal trainer. He's always one step ahead and does everything to make the right training plan for your goals. He's very flexible with appointment times and even making up missed appointments. I just completed three months of personal training and I learned a lot and reached new PRs.

  This gym is famously interesting and is the home to some of the strongest people not just in NJ, but the world. Young and old, all genders, this gym tries really hard to appeal to powerlifters, bodybuilders, strongmen and most conjugate training - but we usually stay long term because it’s quiet, open 24/7, and the environment is designed to become friends with your fellow lifters. Even though one could train here casually, it houses many high caliber competitors and this means many hours clocked in its walls. The women especially are warm and inclusive and we all root for each other’s progress and process. I love it here.

  Tried out a few gyms in the area once I moved near by. By far my favorite gym here especially for anyone who competes or enjoys strongman and powerlifting. The owner has always been very awesome and welcoming since I came in.

  its a great gym. but, last time i was there, the mono-lift squat rack was leaking hydraulic fluid and the bathrooms were leaking or backed up. the bathroom thing isn't the owners fault and they were fixing it immediately so i wont let that affect my rating. but its incredibly difficult to get ahold of the owner, and actually get a membership. there are no employees, so i couldnt set up a membership or buy merchandise at the gym either. every time ive gone to this gym all the fellow members were incredibly kind/nice to me. theres a great community here. the equipment is all very good. but they lack some equipment that i personally prefer to train back like a seated plate row or seated high row. dumbells are excellent, its old school ronnie coleman style. a downside is that theres no mirrors in this gym, but thats not significant. i really like how they have a tablet with spotify on it that allows you to play a song of your choice on the gym speakers.this gym is fully loaded with eleiko calibrated KG plates and regular pound plates. they have chalk bowls as well. i understand the owner has a tough time managing this gym because he works a full time job as well. so i have a lot of respect for this guy. hes doing his best.
