  This place always out performs. Super friendly and helpful staff, top notch food, without the stuffiness of more elegant places. The atmosphere is relaxed.
  You can either just indulge in small plates or go for a full entree. Food offerings are unique as are the specialty drinks.
  Always satisfied and happy when I dine here.

  We had a rehearsal dinner for 24 people
  Casey the owner/ chef did an amazing menu. The pastry chef was accommodating in the brides request for desserts.
  The wait staff were attentive and personable. Definitely loved the vibe of the decor

  This restaurant is a true gem in West Massachusetts. Every dish we ordered was delicious, with an excellent taste balance and preciously decorated. As explained by our waitress, Galaxy is own and managed by the restaurant's chef.
  This is a must stop if you're in the area, I surely will return.

  After hearing such great things about Galaxy I couldn't wait to try it one night. The ambiance was cozy with romantic lighting and the decor made you feel like you were stepping back into time. There's not many places in Western Mass that you can go to and get true craft quality cocktails made with fresh ingredients or a seasonal menu with inspired dishes from around the world encompassing all flavor palettes and that right there is what makes this place an absolute gem in the area! I ordered the Fried Chicken Dinner and the Bahn Mi Noodle Dish and both entrees were packed with flavor. The portions were good size. Everything came out in a timely manner and didn't feel too rushed. The service was great and the bartenders were very friendly. I'll definitely come back the next time I'm in town visiting.
