  My name is Angeline Falcon I am the Community Health Assistant for Geisinger Community Care Hazleton. I work closely with Gaboro for mutual patients. All representatives go about and beyond to assist. Yet on a recent event, Lelani assisted a patient who suffers from diabetes. His application for Libre 2 malfunctioned and was left without any readings. His surgery date approaches and it was imperative to regulate his sugar. She worked very promptly to except patient and get him a reader A.S.A.P. Lelani went above and beyond to assist with these barriers. Promptly responded to all my inquiries, and worked well around my busy schedule. I am truly greatly of her excellent service.   Updated: I received a meter that is very difficult to use. I called, and the message said they’re very busy but if I leave a message, they’ll return my call. It took a while, but finally I was able to get that meter replaced with a better version, a brand that actually works. The woman who helped me was understanding, and did work hard to resolve this issue.
