  I have been coming to Fusion Fitness Studio and working with Fernando for many years. He has an in depth knowledge of the body, it’s structure, and physiology . He applies this knowledge in designing individual exercise programs geared to what you need. He keeps each session interesting by introducing new exercises to keep you progressing towards your goals. He is not only a trainer, but an educator, fitness and nutrition coach and a motivator. Fernando has taught me the importance and payoff of living healthy and fit and was instrumental in getting me there. I am in the best physical condition since I was in my 20’s and feel great! And I just turned 62! Highly recommend!

  Have worked out at gyms with their trainers for years and progress always got stale and on occasion I would either get hurt or felt I had more knowledge than the trainers. I was introduced to Fernando by a trusted friend and it has been life changing. Have been going to Fusion Fitness for over a year and am really happy with the progress. I like the way the workouts change as I progress. I learn something new about health and fitness everytime I go. It never gets old. Highly recommend!

  Fernando was recommended to me about 5 years ago. At the time, I was in good health but was very bored with my exercise and gym routines. He quickly demonstrated, by following through with a series of different programs and exercises, that all of my aches, nagging injuries and back pain were result of a portion of my body's "systems" being inactive or dormant. Fernando said I was 'chest dominant'. In the 5 years we've been working together, he's not only re-connected my entire anatomy and core - but I've never felt functionally stronger in my life! I should also share that I haven't lifted traditional weights (e.g. bench press, curls) in over 5 years either. Those chronic back aches? A distant memory. The right muscle groups are performing at the right time - whether it's yardwork, riding a bike or golf, my body has never felt more connected and efficient. This isn't a one size fits all system: He realizes each person is different and tailors a plan for the individual. Like everything, you have to invest the time and effort to see results, but in Fernando, you have a positive coach and true committed professional.

  I have been going to Fernando for over a year now. I have regained flexibility in my shoulders and in the morning I am no longer walking around like an old man (I am 60). If you are looking for one on one attention with someone who has a positive attitude and friendly demeanor, I would highly recommend Fernando.
