Soon after my purchase I got a call from them confirming my purchase and going over the delivery process. They said it would be delivered within 4 weeks and it came actually earlier than that. The delivery crew was polite, professional and thorough in the set up. The couch itself is better than I had expected and it was my first time buying a couch online without being able to sit on it or see it in person. It’s phenomenal! Great service and great communication throughout the entire process. I am extremely happy with the couch and the customer service from Furniture Depot.

(September 29, 2022, 10:57 pm)Chris the salesman was professional and personable, while not pressuring me to purchase. Ordered a power leather sofa and office chair from Furniture Depot. The chair was back ordered, so Chris sent me links of similar chairs in stock. He also was upfront about delivery for the couch being 5 weeks. Five weeks later Kathy worked with me to nail down the date. Unfortunately the delivery team only gave me a one day notice. So I scrambled to get rid of my old couch and chair. Otherwise the delivery was very smooth. They unpackaged and assembled my furniture plus removed packaging. The couch is super comfortable and attractive.

The furniture arrived within the time frame, and in perfect condition. The delivery/assembly was quick and easy. I would give them 10 stars if I could.
