  The gym is beautiful and just so peaceful. Dr. Katelyn Murphy is a magician with her hands and her cupping! I went in there not able to bend or turn my head . Horrible pain and now a week later I’m back in action. Still sore but it’s amazing what 2 sessions with her did.

  Was having serious shoulder issues. Made the process for getting started very easy. Sessions were great, along with the at home plan provided for the days in between. I was also amazed at all the other services they provide (massages, training, fitness programs and youth sports training). The facility has a great set up, and myself, and family, will definitely be back to adavntage of their other offerings.

  Excellent, knowledgeable care. Highly recommended for your entire family. Treats not just the acute injury but the body as a whole in order for proper healing to take place. Definitely give them a try!

  My 10 year old son absolutely loves going to the youth athlete classes! Nick has helped my son to learn proper exercise technique and has improved his speed and agility for his sports (basketball and lacrosse). The kids work hard but also have fun at the same time.

  I booked a therapeutic massage with Dio a few weeks back, and the entire experience far exceeded my expectations!
  
  Upon arrival, it was clear that Function Forward was unlike any other physical therapy clinic I had been to previously. The facility is immaculately clean, spacious, and filled with state of the art equipment. The entire staff was welcoming and knowledgeable, and I was brought back to the treatment room with minimal wait time.
  
  Dio did an excellent job with my massage! Before starting we talked at length about my concerns and tension that I was holding in my neck. The pressure she applied was perfect, and by the end of my session I was feeling refreshed and had much more mobility in my neck and shoulders.
  
  I can’t say enough good things about Function Forward. If you are in need of physical therapy, fitness classes, 1:1 training, or wellness/recovery programs.. this is the place for you!
