(December 21, 2022, 2:57 pm)I've been coming here for many years and the doctors are super great and very helpful! Not sure why the receptionists are getting bad reviews, I have never had any negative interactions here. Hate going to doctors appointments but I actually don't mind coming here :)

My eyecare is complicated so having a top notch doctor is critical for me. Both the receptionists are EXCELLENT, friendly and great to work with. Only place I go for my eye needs.

(February 23, 2022, 11:10 am)The doctors are great ..the receptionist is extremely rude. I said something to the on of the doctors and he responded, that she was direct not rude. Little does he knows how much I know about customer service. All myoney had been base on customer service. She is very rude and need to understand that no one wants to feel unwelcome to place were you are only going to spend money. And yes I do not feel welcome there so therefore it's probably a 70% chance that I will not be going back there again.

(December 8, 2017, 3:57 pm)Easy access and parking, friendly and patient staff, with doctors that like their work and are happy to see you. The office is clean and seems well run. If you wait at all for your appointment, the wait is very minimal and if you call with a problem they do their best to get you in asap.
