  I started coming to Fuel House in January and can’t say enough wonderful things about this place. It can be very intimidating for a person of my size (and admittedly, so out of shape) to exercise publicly. However, I was made to feel comfortable from the moment I walked in for my first class. There are people of all sizes, ages, and fitness levels. The instructors never embarrass anybody nor do they create a super intense or competitive environment. In fact, all the staff are exceptionally kind, encouraging, and approachable (the owner, Stephanie, especially) and there are always modifications offered for the more challenging moves (e.g., burpees) that many of us choose to do for various reasons. Additional pros are that such a wide variety of classes are offered to keep things fresh - many of which take place in the evenings to accommodate those of us who work typical hours. There are also special (optional) challenges, which I have found super motivating (for example, the last one involved attending 15 classes in a month).
  
  Over the last few months, I have branched out to take new classes that I wouldn’t have previously felt comfortable taking and probably wouldn’t take at another studio (e.g., Xtreme hip hop, barre). Best of all, though, I’ve started to notice gradual changes in my weight and fitness level.
  
  In sum, I can’t recommend Fuel House enough!

  I attended a dance fitness class in February when I came as a guest during their bring a friend free offer and really enjoyed it!

  We had my daughter's 4th bday party here. The whole experience was fantastic. I found Stephanie (the owner) to be very approachable, down to earth and very responsive. Any time i had a question or needed to discuss the party theme, decorations, she was very accommodating. On the day of the party, we arrived 30 minutes before in order to put up the decorations, but to my surprise, Stephanie and her team had already decorated the place so well, i had no words. Throughout the party she kept the kids super engaged in fun dance moves. She helped with serving the food etc and took some really nice pictures/videos as I was busy with the guest and then took care of all the cleanup. I highly recommend fuel house as a fun party location!

  I love Fuel House Fitness! I have been a member for over 3 years! I needed a change from a gym and a schedule that accommodated me. They offer morning and several night classes and I love it so much I usually go to at least two a day! The instructors are very motivating and have always been very kind. No matter if you’re a beginner or an exercise junkie, this place offers so many various classes it will constantly keep you engaged. I have made so many friends here and it has become my second family.

  Fuel is the best!! All of the instructors are fun and love what they do! I joined Fuel when they first opened and I love it. I've met so many great people and made so many friends!
