(June 20, 2023, 3:46 pm)The crew at Fu Sha are amazing. Their food is always fantastic and fresh. We've been regulars here for over 8 years now, and we've never been disappointed. They have a wide variety of sushi rolls and some great bento options.
Update-6/23: Just went with friends for lunch. Cindy was fantastic and all of the food was great. The salmon belly tataki is wonderful. -

(February 15, 2023, 9:06 pm)Did a takeout order of an assortment of sushi rolls. All were delicious and as many others have said the sushi was the freshest tasting I've had in the area and the rice was perfectly prepared, not mushy or pasty. The shrimp tempura roll was only 5 pieces where the others were 8 pieces but the width of the pieces were 2 times the size of the other rolls because they use multiple pieces of shrimp which I found to be more fulfilling and tasty. The owners/staff were very friendly and aimed to please. Looking forward to ordering again soon.

Very nice service; they even brought us a courtesy light appetizer and dessert which were both appreciated. BYOB if you want to have any drinks! Also a decent dessert menu we will try next time.

Started with the cucumber and imitation crab meat. (very nice touch!) Miso soup would have been amazing, but a bit too salty. Sashimi was very good most of it melted in my mouth. The garnishments and Wasabi were top notch! Price was right!
