Elyssa was very helpful and made the arrangements efficiently and promptly. Tayler and Jason came on time and went out of their way to do a good job. We are very happy with them and would recommend without any hesitations.

(May 6, 2021, 9:52 am)We cannot say enough good things about our experience with Fresh Start - The Moving Crew. Everyone we interacted with was professional and responsive to our requests and needs. Rainell, Nick L, Nate, Caleb, Justin, Wayne, Bryan, David, Will and John did a fantastic job moving large items out of tight spots in our old home and reassembling in our new home quickly and efficiently. Watching them creatively work to move our large wooden play structure out of our yard and into the new yard was impressive and they did it all with confidence and ease. Everyone on the team made the moving experience better than we could have imagined. We will definitely recommend the Crew to all of our friends!

(April 20, 2021, 8:03 pm)A big thank you to Fresh Start Moving Crew members Ray and John for moving the contents of our storage unit to our new home. They were quick, careful, and efficient. They were also friendly and polite. It was a pleasure working with them.
We had hired Fresh Start about a month ago to complete our move from our former home to our current one. They did such a great job, we decided to hire them again to empty out our 10x10 storage locker, and I’m so glad that we did.

We used Fresh Start twice in the past month for moves from 2 different homes- first with the Worcester crew, and the latest time with Greg and Dakota from the West Springfield location. Greg and Dakota were very respectful and took extra care of our glass furniture during the move - we highly recommend this company for moving services!

The service from beginning to end was outstanding. The moving crew consisted of Conor, Zac and Samuel who were courteous, respectful and hard workers. They took immense care with our furniture, ensuring everything was wrapped and properly placed so that nothing would break or get dirty during the move. Everything got to our new home without damage and on time. They were respectful, hard workers, and very considerate. I would recommend Fresh Start Movers and the crew I used. Overall, a great experience.
