  Last week was my first experience with Fresh Face salon and Erica. I was not disappointed. Other facials have left my skin red and flaky. Her products are natural and gentle to my sensitive and aging skin. No hard sell for her products. Relaxing atmosphere. I will be returning.

  This was my first time seeing Erica, I thought she was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. The atmosphere was very warm and inviting. I was a little nervous as this was my first time getting dermaplaning but she made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. Over all it was a great experience and I will be returning. Bonus it's located in charming Historical Old New Castle. Make an appointment, you won't be disappointed.

  First time having a facial with Erica and my expectations were exceeded! She was very personable and knowledgeable. Her take on skin care was based on science and I believe that will really make a difference. I will be definitely be back for future appointments!

  This place is a hidden Gem!!! The Woman Erica who owns and runs it created all of these fantastic skin care treatments. When you go in you can tell them about your skin they will match you with a skin care regimen. I got the purifying cleanser bar and the nourish moisturizer. Both are working great and leave my skin feeling clean and fresh. Both these products also last a long time a little goes a long way. The moisturizer also has this unique plunger when you push it just the right amount comes out. The bar I keep in a little tubberware container to keep it together and dry in between uses. Again all these products were designed for different skin types so the one I got might not work for you but if you go in they can match you. They also offer skin care spa packages !!! I'm planning on trying this out and of course will leave an updated review on that when I book an appointment. This place also offers make up, candles, bath essentials, soy melts. All of course are made by Erica and are formulated just right without the chemicals etc. Definitely check them out I love their old new castle location but they also are located in Wilmington. But if you can't make it to the store they also are available online. check out this place and support a local small business!!

  I began my journey with Erica at Fresh Faced a little over 6 months ago and my acne is completely clear! I had a cluster of acne on the right side of my face for a few years and nothing else worked. The facials were quick and effective and she helped me keep the faith throughout the process even when it seemed like little was happening on the surface. I completed my 4 treatments minimum and have been acne free for about 2 months now. Erica's products works miracles and I truly appreciate her knowledge and passion for the work she does. The people closest to me have even complimented me on how great my skin looks. My face looks and feels fresh and I will continue to use only Fresh Faced products. Thank You Erica!
