On October 13, 2022 . I had a situation with the receptionist. It was quite embarrassing and she was very rude and continue to be rude . I was bringing my grandson there who has autism. He said to me that he was wondering why that lady was rude to me. And then she came out from behind her counter and pointed to her sign. He also asked me why is she trying to get you upset? On October 14th I called the doctor's office and requested that Dr Frederick Torio give me a call. As of 10/23/22 no call . But I see that I am not the only one that has a problem with the staff (which is surprisingtome). I have been been going there for over 6 years and always was treated with respect. Not sure if this was a new employee? Hopefully I will hear back soon. I will keep you posted. I was reluctant to post this but seeing that I haven't heard from anyone yet maybe this will get me some action.
