Everyone was so incredibly friendly and helpful. They were willing to listen to our concerns and offered thorough explanations. They took their time going through everything in detail with us. When all the paperwork was completed, the store was past closing hours. Despite that, one of the sales representatives spent his own time going over all the features of the new car with us. It was so incredibly helpful. And we so very much appreciated the time spent … and the above and beyond level of service.
Our entire experience at Fred Beans Ford of Newtown COULD NOT have been more perfect. It was a pleasure to work with Josie and her whole team. A BIG THANK YOU to them. -

My sales rep (John Cantwell) gave me all the information and knowledge required to make an informed purchase. I never felt pressured to make a purchase I was uncomfortable with and the sales team were transparent in their pricing and rates. They did their best to get me in the car I wanted and were able to do it while finding me the best financing available. I was in and out within 3 hours with the car of my dreams. I highly recommend this dealership!

From the moment I walked in the door, the staff greeted me with a warm welcome and made me feel right at home.
The service team was incredibly knowledgeable about my vehicle and the services it needed, and they took the time to explain everything to me in detail. They were also very transparent about the cost of the services and any additional repairs that may be needed, so there were no surprises when it came time to pay the bill.
I was very impressed with how efficiently the service team worked, and they were able to complete all the necessary maintenance on my vehicle in a timely manner. I appreciated how they took care of my car and ensured it was returned to me in top condition.
Overall, I would highly recommend this service department to anyone in need of maintenance or repairs for their vehicle. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, and they truly go above and beyond to ensure their customers are satisfied. Thank you for a job well done! -

Patrick in finance really knows the ins and outs and clearly explained everything! We left Fred Beans Newtown, feeling confident in our financing and super excited about our new Bronco Sport!!!!
