(July 27, 2022, 9:00 pm)I am in my 30s and Recovering from Carpel Tunnel surgery in both hands, EMG test showed left hand was serve CT and right showed moderate. This was a work related injury. So yes, I went through workers comp. Did not have 1 issue at all throughout the entire process. My left (dominate) hand was done 3 weeks from yesterday, and right last week. I can happily say, all my symptoms were gone next day. Working on gaining strength with therapy but that will take time. Dr. Peter Chan and the staff at Franklin Surgical Center, was awesome. Thank you.

Over the past 25 years, I have had seven major surgeries in locations ranging from various size hospitals, including a globally recognized specialty hospital, and another surgery center. All had strengths and were more than adequate; however, Franklin Surgical Center stands above and beyond the others.
From a welcoming, hassle-free and friendly sign-in to pick-up, I experienced warm and friendly staff interactions. The nurses were efficient, patient, and attentive. Two experiences stand out as unique and exceptional. As I entered the prep room, the CEO of the Center greeted me, introduced himself, and assured me that I would be well taken care of, helping to calm my anxiety. The operating room nurse introduced herself prior to the surgery. I had never met an operating room nurse in the past. The anesthesiologist, Dr. Chung, was exceptionally compassionate and caring. Dr. Wagshul spent time answering my and my daughter’s questions prior to the complex surgery.
If I had to make a decision of where to have yet another surgery in the future, Franklin Surgical Center would be at the top of the list. -

(April 6, 2018, 2:08 pm)From a patient standpoint, it’s 5-Stars! The staff cares and is always a whisper away. Dr David Taylor is TOPS, but again it’s the staff who gives you smiles, tenderness, and the best warm blankets 😊 ... From the standpoint of the non patient stuck in the waiting room, it could be more spacious and a Keurig/water/soda would be GREATLY appreciated ☮️💟

(February 3, 2018, 9:28 pm)I’ve had a steroid injection procedure done in May of 2017 and Dr. Welsh was just phenomenal. His team did an amazing job throughout the whole process. Wait time is the only issue but other than that this place is the best.
