  I am so grateful I came across this plumbing service after searching relentless online. I read the reviews and call and Bob scheduled me the next day. He was very professional, punctual, honest and pleasant. I had a shower leak and he came and looked at it and gave me the price upfront. His price was VERY reasonable! He was able to squeeze me in on shirt notice and get the job done within 30 minutes. I am so impressed with the whole experience that I told him he would be my plumber guy from now on. He gained a forever customer. Thanks Bob!

  Bob installed a reverse osmosis water filtration system and it was done in a very professional way. I would highly recommend him to anyone for this or any plumbing jobs.

  Moved into our new home and our shower stopped working. Our former plumber did not service our new zip code. Our former plumber recommended Franklin Plumbing. Made a call and was quickly contacted by Bob who was out the next day to assess the issue. We required a new operating system for the shower. Bob took the time to contact Moen and order the parts. Once received, Bob was again, quickly out to the home and completed the work. Bob was great at explaining the process and answered all our questions. Bob also took the time to educate and review some general plumbing questions with me, the “non-handy person”. I would not hesitate to use Franklin Pluming for any future needs. The work was done promptly, correctly, and at a fair price. And, above being a great plumber, Bob is just one heck of nice guy!

  Franklin Family Plumbing is quick to respond and will show up as promised. Bob is pleasant to deal with and his rates are reasonable. He seems genuinely interested in fixing your plumbing issue rather than looking to make a profit. Bob is upfront about his quotes and does what he can to stay in your budget. It's great to have finally found a reliable plumber!

  Bob is a lifesaver. My elderly mother had a leak at the outside spigot of her home – open air crawl space under the house. I reached out several times to a different local plumber who was recommended to us by one of my mother’s neighbors. After 4 unanswered calls and a few texts messages I gave up. I decided to call Bob instead who I saw had some good reviews on-line. Bob literally returned my call in 10 minutes and asked me relevant questions about the problem, the urgency and to figure out a best time to schedule a visit. The next day Bob was at Mom's house Bob where he noticed that the leak was more extensive than I had thought and he quickly called to walk me through the repair process. Bob sent me pictures from inside the flooded crawl space and clearly explained what would be needed, the costs, and when he could do the work. Within a few days, the leak was fixed, damaged piping was replaced, hangers properly replaced, etc. and all was safe and sound for her. Excellent customer service and workmanship at a reasonable price. That's what Bob delivered. Thanks again Bob.
